With extensive experience in the British Army, I’ve worked across all areas of the military—including Police, Healthcare, Logistics, and HR. I’ve supported over 300 trainees at the Defence School of Transport and operated in high‑pressure environments alongside Special Forces in Hereford.
This background has shaped my ability to quickly identify problems, cut through complexity, and implement practical solutions—skills I now use to help clients strengthen their mindset, habits, and overall wellbeing.
